Be True

Last week I received a text from my BFF, Holly asking me to make her a sign for her classroom. She sent a quote by Dr. Seuss and said she wanted "soft colors" and "not too big but not too small."
Thanks for the details, Sister!

I picked up a 16x20 canvas and some Seussical craft paints.
I downloaded the Doctor Soos font and pulled out my Silhouette.
I painted the canvas in the style of the great doctor
and then vinyled the quote.
(Yes, I see the misspelling and I fixed it already!)

I think I know what Little Man's teachers are getting this year!
Holly, I hope you love this as much as I do!

Join me in prayer for our teachers and children as we start the new school year. Here in Texas, our teachers are being asked to do more with less during our state financial crisis. In addition, we will  have a more rigorous state exam system implemented this year.

Have a great school year, sweet friends!

Love, Whyt

  4. This is awesome, Whyt! What a great job! I join you in prayer for the teachers in TX and everywhere. My daughter is a teacher and she often pays out-of-pocket for the materials for projects, etc.
