Giddy
Last week Mr. Whimsy said he needed a new bedside table. A while back, we bought a new bed. And even on a basic metal frame, the bed is about 33 inches tall. Immediately, I found me a table,
but the Mister just kept a short table.
And now I have permission to spend money!!! WooHoo!!!
Scouring Craigslist, I decided I wanted sewing table. It would be the perfect height and I could hide my sewing machine.
Low and behold I found a cute table for $40.
Of course, I forgot the BEFORE pictures!
But after some ASCP Old White, wax, sanding and Oil Rubbed Bronze for the hardware, this our new bedside table...
The fires are still raging just to the north of us in Waller. Keep the firemen and families affected in your prayers. And prayers for lots of rain please!
Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteI really liked that...I have a vanity table to "distress" or "shabby-chic" and am a little nervous to do it...it's ready to be rubbed and maybe you've given me incentive! thanks :)
